SERHANT. expands to 19 states and DC with organic recruiting
The brokerage says it grew just over 1,000% since mid-2023, and claims average agent earnings rise 144% in year one after switching firms.
Ryan Serhant’s real estate brokerage SERHANT. is scaling through recruiting rather than acquisitions, and says it has expanded to 19 states plus Washington, D.C., with more than 2,000 agents, HousingWire reports.
In an interview, Serhant said the company has grown beyond a New York City concentration of about 650 agents by adding markets based on agent and broker demand, including interest tied to its Sell It education platform.
The outlet reports that SERHANT. cites internal performance claims, including 144% higher year one earnings for agents after switching, and says interest is also increasing in its S.MPLE technology platform.
Serhant added that SERHANT. does not sign every agent and broker, describing earlier entry standards tied to annual rolling gross commission income and saying demand has remained strong, including organic growth that it says outpaced 2025 volume through June.
