AIG adds two underwriting hires to its Casualty DACH team

One new hire joins AIG’s Heilbronn office as a senior casualty underwriter for southern Germany, while the second is an underwriting analyst covering northern Germany from Frankfurt.

AIG has welcomed two new colleagues to its Casualty DACH team in Germany, expanding its underwriting bench across the region, according to Reinsurance News.

Bianca Keim joined AIG as Senior Underwriter Casualty, Southern Germany, based in the company’s Heilbronn office. She will support AIG’s Team South and bring more than 10 years of experience in liability insurance, following previous roles at Marsh.

Filip Karbunarevic joined AIG’s Frankfurt office as Underwriting Analyst Casualty, Northern Germany, becoming part of Team North. He previously worked across the commercial insurance sector, including time at WTW as a student in corporate risk and broking and two years at Zurich Insurance, with roles tied to commercial insurance underwriting for motor, and underwriting service and operations.

AIG said it looks forward to continuing discussions already underway and working with the new hires on opportunities ahead.
