Arca Financial Group leases 7,500 sq ft at 60 Madison Avenue
The five-year lease signed this month brings a prebuilt 10th-floor space to Arca Financial Group at the Moinian Group property, in an area with average Midtown South asking rent of $85.73 per square foot in Q2 2026.
Arca Financial Group is moving into office space north of Manhattan’s Madison Square Park, signing a five-year lease for 7,500 square feet on the 10th floor at the Moinian Group’s 60 Madison Avenue, Commercial Observer reports. The deal was signed this month, and the landlord, Moinian, did not disclose the exact asking rent for the space. However, the article notes that CBRE estimated the average asking rent for office space in Midtown South at $85.73 per square foot in the second quarter of 2026.
Moinian said the property continues to attract companies seeking premium office locations, citing the appeal of its move-in-ready, prebuilt workspaces. The brokerage team from CBRE represented Moinian, while Arash Sadighi and Tyler Ruggieri of Venture Commercial negotiated for the tenant.
