ERA Real Estate expands in Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma
The brokerage partnership adds about 260 affiliated sales associates and brings Collier & Associates onto ERA’s marketing, training, and referral platform.
ERA Real Estate is expanding its regional footprint by affiliating with Arkansas-based Collier & Associates, a brokerage move that adds about 260 affiliated sales associates across Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma, according to HousingWire.
HousingWire reports that Collier & Associates will gain ERA’s technology, referral network, and marketing tools while maintaining its local culture and proprietary agent-matcher system, which uses a short quiz to match clients with agents based on personality, goals, and communication preferences.
The report says Collier & Associates brings nearly $76 million in annual volume to RealTrends Verified via its Ruby Poole Team, and it will use ERA’s referral network, training resources, and lead generation programs including TextERA and buyer and seller follow-up tools.
HousingWire also notes that the expanded relationship provides Collier & Associates access to Canva Enterprise accounts through a new ERA partnership with the software company.
