HousingWire reports that Frank Malpica, a 15-year ERA veteran and former SVP of network growth, has been named president.

He succeeds Alex Vidal, whose tenure focused on strengthening innovation and positioning, and Malpica will oversee continued development of the ERA network and the support it provides to affiliated brokers and agents.

In the new role, Malpica is set to oversee technology and strategic growth efforts, including development connected to the 2027 Home Platform rollout.

HousingWire also reports that the company cited Malpica’s people-first leadership style and broad experience across marketing, product development, brokerage operations, affiliated services, lead generation, business development, and franchise growth.
