CPS Technologies leases 80,000-square-foot HQ expansion in Attleboro
The move will relocate corporate offices, manufacturing, and product development to a larger site to boost production capacity and speed commercialization of new product lines.
CPS Technologies Corp., an advanced materials company listed on the NASDAQ and based in Massachusetts, has signed an 80,000-square-foot lease for a new headquarters in Attleboro, the company said in a commercial real estate update.
CPS plans to move its corporate offices, manufacturing operations, and product development activities to 523 Pleasant St., which is less than 10 minutes from its current facility in Norton.
The added space is intended to support increased production capacity and faster commercialization of new product lines, as the company looks to tap demand from industries including defense, energy infrastructure, and artificial intelligence.
Colliers represented CPS in the lease, and Dacon Corporation is overseeing architectural and engineering design for the new facility, which is near Providence and includes room for future expansion.
