Douglas Elliman appoints Jamie Gagliano as national brokerage COO
Her role includes aligning brokerage operations with Elius, the firm’s AI platform built on Google Cloud.
Douglas Elliman has named Jamie Gagliano its chief operations officer for brokerage, tasking her with leading the firm’s national operations and streamlining support systems across its platform, HousingWire reports.
Gagliano will oversee brokerage operations infrastructure in the United States, with a mandate to improve how agents and staff are supported and to build what the company describes as a more efficient, scalable brokerage setup.
A key part of her job is aligning day to day operations with Elius, Douglas Elliman’s AI intelligence platform built on Google Cloud, as the firm rolls out the technology.
HousingWire reports that Gagliano returns to Douglas Elliman from roles at The Corcoran Group, where she served as partner and chief operating officer for Noble Black & Partners, and she will be based out of the firm’s flagship office at 575 Madison Avenue in Manhattan.
