Tafoya Real Estate mega team joins eXp Realty, adding Central Valley hub

The Fresno-based team, led by Scott Tafoya, generated $87.92 million across 172 sides in 2024 and 2025, and its North Fresno office will serve as an eXp physical hub.

Tafoya Real Estate, a Fresno-based mega team in California’s Central Valley, has left The Real Brokerage and joined eXp Realty, according to an announcement from AGNT Inc. The move keeps Tafoya Real Estate’s large North Fresno office, which will operate as a physical hub for eXp agents in the area, with space built around training, content creation, lending support and in-person collaboration.

The team is led by founder Scott Tafoya and serves Central Valley markets including Fresno, Clovis, Madera and Visalia. HousingWire reports that Tafoya Real Estate closed $87.92 million across 172 transaction sides in 2024 and 2025 while at The Real Brokerage, and its 2025 production earned it No. 75 in California by volume and No. 61 by sides among mega teams in the 2026 RealTrends Verified rankings.

AGNT Inc. said Tafoya Real Estate expects the remaining agents to transition soon, and that its model covers luxury homes, agricultural land, commercial and multifamily properties, investment homes, flips and wholesale deals. The firm also said its platform includes in-house lending, coaching, lead generation and agent development resources.

eXp Realty CEO Leo Pareja said the team has built a financing, coaching, commercial and multifamily services ecosystem under one roof in the Central Valley and that the focus is on scaling to hundreds of agents. HousingWire added that the move aligns with eXp’s strategy of recruiting high-output teams to plug into its national platform as transaction volumes remain under pressure in many markets.
