Real REMAX names new CFO, CTO and other C-suite leaders in SEC filing

The leadership changes come as the firm winds down investment in Motto Mortgage and shifts mortgage services leadership to Kate Gurevich, according to the filing.

Real REMAX Group has named additional C-suite leaders in a late-month SEC filing, including CFO Ravi Jani, CTO Pritesh Damani, CLO Alix Lumpkin, CMO Abigail Lee, and COO Amy Somerville.

HousingWire reports the company also shifted mortgage services leadership to Kate Gurevich as Real REMAX Group winds down investment in Motto Mortgage.

The filing places the broader leadership team alongside CEO Tamir Poleg, who will continue as CEO of Real REMAX Group, and president Jenna Rozenblat, while Alex Vidal has taken on a new president role at REMAX replacing Chris Lim, who was appointed REMAX president in February.

HousingWire notes that Jani previously worked on the Real Brokerage side of the merger, Damani has served as Real’s CTO since December 2021, and Lumpkin has been Real’s chief legal officer since February 2023, after earlier roles including in-house counsel at Lennar.
