The Agency opens first Rhode Island office in Narragansett
The brokerage said it opened 27 new offices in 2025 and now has more than 190 offices across 17 countries.
HousingWire reports The Agency opened its first Rhode Island office in Narragansett, expanding its Northeast presence with plans to serve the town and surrounding coastal communities in South County.
The new office will be led by Managing Partners Nicole Maine and Patrick Farrell, who focus on residential, waterfront, and lifestyle real estate, with the firm aiming to attract second-home buyers through a boutique local approach backed by a global network.
HousingWire reports the brokerage framed Narragansett as offering waterfront living and access to Boston and New York, with an emphasis on local roots and collaborative service for buyers and sellers.
HousingWire also noted the firm’s broader growth, saying it opened 27 new offices in 2025 and now operates more than 190 offices across 17 countries.
