WinCo Foods buys 11.6-acre Tucson commercial parcel for $18M

The purchase includes about 505,000 square feet of land and nearly 120,000 square feet of existing buildings.

WinCo Foods has agreed to buy an 11.59-acre commercial property in Tucson, Arizona, near East Broadway and Craycroft Road, for $18 million, according to ConnectCRE.

The transaction covers three parcels totaling about 505,000 square feet of land and nearly 120,000 square feet of existing buildings, with Sunbelt Stores listed as the seller.

ConnectCRE reports that current tenants on the site include At Home, Angry Crab Shack, and Pei Wei Asian Kitchen.

WinCo, which is based in Boise, Idaho and does not currently operate any Tucson locations, was represented by Edward Beeh of SRS Real Estate Partners in the deal.
