Bagatelle International leases 23,785 sq. ft. at 463 Seventh Avenue

The 23,785-square-foot lease is the largest of two new deals that total 33,083 square feet and bring the 22-story Midtown building to full occupancy at a $59-per-square-foot asking rent.

Canadian fashion brand and apparel manufacturer Bagatelle International is relocating to a full-floor lease at 463 Seventh Avenue, taking 23,785 square feet in the Garment District building between West 35th and West 36th streets, Commercial Observer reports.

The deal is the largest of two new office leases at the 22-story tower, with a second agreement signed late July by KS Engineers for 9,298 square feet for general and executive office use.

Combined, the transactions cover 33,083 square feet and bring the building to full occupancy, according to landlord brokers Adams & Company, which set the asking rent at $59 per square foot for both deals.

Bagatelle signed the lease in mid-June, taking the entire 10th floor, and plans to move its offices and showroom in October from a smaller space at 141 West 36th Street, where it currently occupies several floors.
