The three-story, 3,800-square-foot building at 179 Ave. U was built in 1931 and includes retail leased to Dunkin' and Hwang's Construction.
Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of 179 Ave. U, a mixed-use multifamily and retail property in the Gravesend neighborhood of southern Brooklyn.
The transaction price was $1,536,000, with the firm sourcing an end user through its New York Multifamily team, according to ConnectCRE.
The three-story building spans 3,800 square feet on a 1,600-square-foot lot and was built in 1931. It features one free-market three-bedroom residential unit above two ground-floor commercial spaces.
ConnectCRE said the ground-floor commercial spaces are leased to Dunkin' and Hwang's Construction, and that the marketing team included Daniel Greenblatt, Shaun Riney, and Michael Salvatico, representing the seller G4 Development Group and procuring the buyer GD Capital.
