The Learning Experience plans childcare center expansion across New York
The company expects to open new sites starting in Q1 2027 and reaching Belleville, New Jersey by Q2 2028, with each location up to 10,000 square feet plus a playground.
Childcare franchise The Learning Experience plans to expand its presence across the New York Tri-State region and Upstate New York over the next 18 months, ConnectCRE reports.
The company said it will add nine locations across the New York Tri-State area and five in Upstate New York. It currently operates 43 locations in the Tri-State region, and plans include a new site in Fair Lawn, New Jersey in the fourth quarter of 2026.
ConnectCRE reports the expansion schedule in the Tri-State area runs from Q1 2027 through Q2 2028, with planned openings in Monroe, Connecticut (Q1 2027); Islip, New York (Q3 2027); and multiple New Jersey and Long Island locations from Q4 2027 through Q2 2028, including Sparta, NJ and Belleville, NJ.
In Upstate New York, the outlet said openings include three new locations in the Syracuse area, one in Albany, and one near Buffalo in East Amherst, with those openings running from Q3 2027 through Q1 2028. ConnectCRE adds that each location will include up to 10,000 square feet of indoor space, along with up to a 5,000-square-foot playground.
