Daniel Management Group promotes Lauren Evett to vice president of property management

Daniel Management Group, a Chicago-based multifamily management and investment company, announced the promotion of Lauren Evett to vice president of property management, according to ConnectCRE.

The company said the move reflects Evett’s expanding responsibilities, including taking on a larger and more diverse portfolio spanning a wider array of assets, clients, and staff, as she becomes a more critical part of DMG’s leadership team.

ConnectCRE also noted that Evett will help guide properties through the transition-to-stabilization period.

Separately, T2 Capital Management launched Base Living, a tech-enabled, wholly-owned property management company, and named Tyler Yates director of property management, while Cushman and Wakefield promoted Jack Goldsborough to senior director and Key Mortgage hired Kevin Christopher as senior vice president of mortgage production.
