Blackstone buys Sunnyvale manufacturing plant for $95 million

The 134,000-square-foot property at 350 Cobalt Way includes nearly 10 megawatts of power, and Nvidia remains the tenant after the sale.

Blackstone has acquired a 134,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Sunnyvale, California for $95 million, according to ConnectCRE.

The property at 350 Cobalt Way was built in 1978 and upgraded in 2022, and SFF Realty Partners sold the asset.

Nvidia is a tenant of the building and will remain in place following the transaction, the report said.

ConnectCRE also cited The Silicon Valley Business Journal, noting the facility has nearly 10 megawatts of power, a feature that demand from R&D and advanced manufacturing companies seeks in the region.
