Newmark arranges $95M sale of Randhurst Village in Mount Prospect

Newmark has arranged the $95 million sale of Randhurst Village, a 931,798-square-foot open-air retail center in Mount Prospect, Illinois, according to ConnectCRE.

The transaction follows DLC’s 2016 acquisition of the property, and the leasing and redevelopment strategy that reimagined the center and strengthened its market position, ConnectCRE reports.

Randhurst Village is anchored by Costco, Jewel-Osco, and The Home Depot, and the tenant mix also includes retailers such as TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, and AMC Theaters.

ConnectCRE said Newmark President and Head of Retail Capital Markets Conor Lalor and Senior Managing Director Keely Polczynski represented seller DLC in the deal.
