Realtracs adds RCAR and GSMAR to MLS platform in Tennessee
RCAR began using Realtracs in August, and GSMAR went live on Monday, bringing 98,000 listing records onto the co-owned platform.
Realtracs is expanding its MLS technology footprint in Tennessee by adding two Realtor associations, the River Counties Association of Realtors (RCAR) and the Great Smoky Mountains Association of Realtors (GSMAR), to its co-owned platform.
HousingWire reports RCAR went live on Realtracs in August, while GSMAR went live on Monday, bringing more than 1,700 real estate professionals into the network.
The additions increase the number of Realtor associations that co-own Realtracs LLC to eight, and move a combined 98,000 listing records onto the Realtracs system.
The company says it operates one of the nation’s largest independently developed MLS platforms, serving more than 21,000 real estate professionals across the Southeast, and designs, develops, and maintains its own technology stack.
