Two Chinese EV makers plan merger of charging and battery swapping
The New York Times reports that two major Chinese electric-vehicle makers announced plans to merge their battery swapping and charging operations as the auto industry moves toward consolidation.
The companies said the deal will combine their charging and swapping business lines, aligning their infrastructure efforts rather than operating them separately.
