ANV completes acquisition of Car Care Plan from AmTrust
Car Care Plan, founded in 1976, serves more than 30 original equipment manufacturers and operations in about 100 countries.
ANV Group Holdings has completed its acquisition of Car Care Plan (CCP) from AmTrust Financial Services, expanding ANV’s Credit and Protection platform into vehicle warranty offerings across the US, Europe, Turkey and China, according to Insurance Business.
CCP was founded in 1976 and supports more than 30 original equipment manufacturers, serving over 2,500 dealers and customers across approximately 100 countries, with capabilities that include product design, underwriting, claims handling, administration and customer support.
The transaction also includes Dent Wizard Ventures, a UK provider of mobile bodywork, paint and alloy wheel refurbishment and repair, as well as CCP’s overseas subsidiaries.
ANV’s chairman and CEO Adam Karkowsky described the deal as a significant scale addition, while CCP CEO Ben Russell said the transaction positions the business for its next phase.
