Marcus & Millichap to market sale of 206-unit Indiana multifamily property

Marcus & Millichap announced it has arranged the sale of Shoaff Park Villas, a 206-unit multifamily property in Fort Wayne, Indiana, according to ConnectCRE.
The outlet said the property is being offered for sale for the first time since 1976, when it had been owned by the same family for about 50 years.
ConnectCRE reported that the buyer plans larger-scale interior renovations, aiming to position the property to capture future rental growth.
The Indianapolis office’s investment specialists, Jack Friskney, Aaron Kuroiwa, and Austin Meeker, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller.
