BWE secures $42.5M refi for Nashville’s Baggage Building
The regional-bank loan includes an interest-only payment period, according to ConnectCRE.
ConnectCRE reports that BWE secured $42.5 million to refinance the Baggage Building, a Class A mixed-use office and retail property in Nashville.
The deal has DZL as sponsor, and BWE’s Nick Harb arranged the financing, the outlet said.
ConnectCRE adds that the property is at 111 10th Avenue South and totals about 61,000 square feet, with office and retail space plus associated parking.
The building was constructed between 1898 and 1900 as part of the Louisville and Nashville Railroad terminal complex, and it sits near the historic Cummins Station complex, according to ConnectCRE.
