Cushman & Wakefield arranged the $6 million sale of 609 10th St., an industrial and cold storage facility in Union City, New Jersey, according to ConnectCRE.
The brokerage team, led by Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, André Balthazard and Dan Bottiglieri, represented both the seller, 10th St Realty, LLC, and the buyer, PanRaj Holding, LLC.
In a quote carried by ConnectCRE, Sobel said the property offered an owner-user acquisition opportunity in a supply constrained location minutes from Midtown Manhattan, highlighting the site’s infrastructure, functional layout, and connectivity to the New York Metro region.
