Dalfen lists 800K-sf Austin logistics park after full occupancy

The warehouse facility at 6106 Ross Road was developed in 2024 and is being marketed by a JLL team, according to ConnectCRE and the Austin Business Journal.

ConnectCRE reports that Dalfen Industrial has put an Austin logistics warehouse facility up for sale after it reached full occupancy. The property is part of the Airport Logistics Center and totals just over 800,000 square feet across two buildings.

The Austin Business Journal cited by ConnectCRE says the 6106 Ross Road site was developed by Dalfen in 2024 and is now 100% occupied. It is being marketed by a JLL team, including Witt Westbrook, Trent Agnew, Rob Ellwood, and Kyle Mueller.

ConnectCRE also reports that furniture maker Four Hands expanded its space needs at the Airport Logistics Center to cover the approximately 800,000-square-foot footprint. The outlet says Four Hands has a 5.1-year weighted-average lease term.
