Henry S. Miller and Lincoln set May 2027 start for Pepper Square phase I
The first phase is planned to include a 313-unit apartment and more than 2 acres of public open space, as part of a three-phase redevelopment.
Henry S. Miller and Lincoln Property Co. are partnering to redevelop Pepper Square, a mixed-use project at the southeast corner of Preston Road and Belt Line Road, with the companies agreeing to jointly develop phase I, the first of three phases, according to ConnectCRE.
Plans call for at least 1,050 apartment homes and approximately 65,000 square feet of new retail space, along with improved pedestrian and open spaces.
Construction of phase I is set to begin in May 2027, and it will include a 313-unit apartment with more than 2 acres of public open space.
The redevelopment team includes WDG Architecture as architect and Kimley-Horn as civil engineer, with Rampart Construction serving as general contractor, ConnectCRE reported.
