Quantum Real Estate Advisors brokers $2.8M sale of Huntley strip center

ConnectCRE reports that Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. brokered the sale of a roughly 6,375-square-foot new construction strip center for $2.8 million.

The property is located at 12860 IL-47 in Huntley, Illinois, and includes three suites with a tenant lineup that features Jimmy John’s and JC Licht.

According to ConnectCRE, the buyer is a Midwest-based investor, while the seller is Core Acquisitions, a Chicago-based developer and shopping center owner.

The outlet also said that Chad Firsel, president, and Brett Berlin, senior vice president, represented the seller in the transaction, and Berlin noted continued strong demand for quality strip center product.
