Willis names Andy Chang growth leader for Direct & Facultative

The appointment is based in Miami and the new role reports to Willis Global Head of Direct & Facultative Garret Gaughan.

Willis, a WTW business, announced the appointment of Andy Chang as Growth Leader within its global Direct & Facultative unit.

Chang will be based in Miami and will report to Garret Gaughan, the Global Head of Direct & Facultative at Willis, working across Willis' global network including North America, Europe, London, and Asia Pacific.

In the role, Chang will lead business development and provide strategic guidance to clients and prospects, including helping develop go to market strategies across risk transfer, risk retention, and risk mitigation.

Willis said Chang joins from Aon, where he previously served as Head of Alternative Distribution.
