21bitcoin starts paying 1.21% interest on idle euro balances in BTC

The Austrian platform says the interest applies to every euro in customer accounts, including cash held for future purchases or reserved for limit orders.

Bitcoin Magazine reports that the Austrian Bitcoin platform 21bitcoin will begin paying customers 1.21% annual interest on their uninvested euro balances from that day.

The outlet says customers can collect the interest in bitcoin if they choose, with no conversion fee.

According to Bitcoin Magazine, the interest covers every euro in the account, including cash waiting for the next savings plan purchase or reserved for an open limit order.

The company also said there is no minimum deposit and no lock up.
