Davis Companies appoints Melissa Schrock to lead mixed-use development
The new managing director role covers Davis’ mixed-use portfolio nationwide, including acquisition, entitlement and ground-up development.
Davis Companies has named Melissa Schrock to a newly created managing director position focused on mixed-use development, according to ConnectCRE.
In the role, Schrock will oversee Davis’ growing mixed-use properties portfolio across the United States, with responsibilities spanning acquisition, entitlement and ground-up development.
ConnectCRE reports that Schrock will support all project aspects as Davis advances its mixed-use pipeline.
Before joining Davis, Schrock previously served as executive vice president of mixed-use development at HRP Group, where she led the firm’s expansion.
