Gallagher Bassett names Frank Caruana VP of AI Solutions
The AI Solutions unit within Gallagher Bassett Digital aims to translate AI capabilities to reshape business lines and improve the client experience.
Gallagher Bassett appointed Frank Caruana as vice president of AI Solutions, a newly formed organization within Gallagher Bassett Digital, according to Risk & Insurance.
Caruana will help shape what the insurer described as a faster pace of innovation and clearer accountability, while scaling proven initiatives to improve the client experience.
Risk & Insurance said the AI Solutions unit focuses on translating AI capabilities to transform Gallagher Bassett’s client experience, reshape its business lines, and open new avenues for growth.
The outlet added that Caruana previously led claims automation, fraud, and transformation at Allianz Partners on a global scale, and earlier led claims technology transformation and expanded digital customer engagement at GEICO.
