Agora Realty begins construction on final Hylo Park phase
The new 25-acre phase is budgeted at $375 million and will add a multi-sport indoor field house plus shops, restaurants, and family entertainment.
Agora Realty has begun construction on the third and final phase of Hylo Park, a 73-acre master planned mixed-use community in North Las Vegas, according to ConnectCRE.
When completed, the new 25-acre phase is expected to represent a $375 million development, designed as a youth sports-and sports tourism-focused, walkable entertainment district with a mix of amenities.
Hylo Park’s planned additions include a 250,000-square-foot multi-sport indoor field house, an existing multi-sport arena, and the Game Changers Sports Academy, alongside surrounding outdoor public space and community facilities.
The project is also set to bring retail and dining, plus a family entertainment center, aimed at serving residents, youth and amateur athletes, visiting teams, families, and spectators.
