Blitzy launches PR Review to speed reviews of AI-generated code
The tool summarizes pull requests, including what changed, why it changed, and how implementation was validated, with testing and static analysis surfaced for remaining human review.
Blitzy, an autonomous software development platform founded in 2023, launched PR Review to help engineering teams understand and review AI-generated code faster, according to Coverager.
The feature summarizes pull requests by explaining what changed, why the changes were made, and how the implementation was validated, while also surfacing key implementation decisions, trade-offs, and relevant testing and quality assurance results.
Coverager reports that the launch targets a review bottleneck as AI agents generate code faster than engineers can review it, and that Blitzy’s workflow includes engineers approving scope and approach before code generation with automated tests, builds, benchmarks, and static analysis incorporated.
PR Review is available to all Blitzy customers and users of the company’s recently launched Sandbox, which supports reverse-engineering up to 1 million lines of code and generating code from that output.
