Test Valley renews HQ lease at Royal Jetstar Tech Center near DFW

The renewal keeps the company in more than 35,000 square feet at a 92,000 square-foot flex project that remains fully leased.

Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services helped arrange an early lease renewal for Test Valley LLC at the Royal Jetstar Tech Center near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, keeping a Class A flex development fully leased, according to Bisnow.

Test Valley renewed its lease for its headquarters and lab space at 4040 W. Royal Lane in Irving, totaling more than 35,000 square feet, after the company had eight months remaining on its prior agreement.

Bisnow reports that the Royal Jetstar Tech Center is a five-tenant flex project completed in 1999, with access to three major freeways and about 15 minutes to DFW Airport.

The landlord is Pre DFW Airport LLC, with Milani Properties’ Lacy Milani representing the tenant and Bradford Marketing Director Kyle Espie representing the landlord, as stated by Bisnow.
