Long and Foster names Daniel Dennis president and CEO
Daniel Dennis replaces Patrick Bain, who is stepping down after 16 years with the company, including the past 3.5 years as CEO.
Long and Foster Companies has named Daniel Dennis as its president and chief executive officer, returning him to the HomeServices of America network, HousingWire reports.
Dennis succeeds Patrick Bain, who plans to step down after 16 years with Long and Foster, including 3.5 years in the CEO role.
The company said Dennis and Bain will work together over the coming weeks to support the transition, after Bain disclosed earlier this year that he would depart.
Dennis most recently served as senior vice president of sales and service at REMAX, according to HousingWire, and previously led Roberts Brothers, a HomeServices of America brokerage in Alabama.
