Northmarq secures $25.5M acquisition financing for Washington rentals
The financing includes a seven-year, permanent fixed-rate loan arranged through Freddie Mac for the 125-unit Chambers Reserve community.
Northmarq arranged $25.5 million in acquisition financing for Chambers Reserve, a 125-unit luxury rental townhome community in Lacey, Washington, according to ConnectCRE.
The firm, via its Seattle Debt + Equity team, secured a permanent fixed-rate loan through Freddie Mac on behalf of the borrower, with a seven-year term.
Chambers Reserve was built in 2022 on 8.33 acres and includes 24 three-story buildings with three- and four-bedroom townhomes, ConnectCRE said.
