JLL arranges $195 million sale of Chicago logistics facility

The 571,423-square-foot multi-story property at 1237 W. Division St. was sold for $195 million, with JLL representing the seller.

JLL arranged the $195 million sale of a Chicago logistics facility at 1237 W. Division St., according to ConnectCRE.

The deal covers a 571,423-square-foot multi-story property and marks the first multi-story logistics facility developed in the Midwest, with direct access to Interstate 90/94.

ConnectCRE said JLL represented the seller, Logistics Property Company, while a global e-commerce company acquired the asset.

The report also lists the JLL Capital Markets team involved, including Managing Director Kurt Sarbaugh, Senior Managing Director and Industrial Group Co-Lead John Huguenard, along with Senior Managing Director Sean Devaney, Managing Director Ed Halaburt and Senior Director Ross Halaburt.
