Nykaa stock rises after Q2 update and store expansion
The company added 14 stores in the quarter, lifting its total to 338 as of Sept. 30.
Nykaa, also known as FSN E-Commerce Ventures, saw its stock gain 5% after a business update dated Oct. 4, even as sentiment in the broader market remained pessimistic, LiveMint Markets reported.
In the quarter ending Sept. 30, Nykaa added 14 stores, taking its total store count to 338, and the update pointed to stronger top-line momentum, with consolidated GMV expected to grow around 30% year-on-year in Q2FY27.
The update also projected higher growth across key metrics, with NSV growth in the early 30s and net revenue growth in the late 20s, according to LiveMint Markets.
LiveMint Markets added that Nykaa’s Q1FY27 revenue rose 29% year-on-year to ₹2,782 crore, and it described GMV as gross merchandise value before returns and cancellations, while NSV refers to net sales value after returns, taxes, discounts, and cancellations.
