Raoul Pal links crypto revival to potential dollar slide
Pal said higher bond yields and a strong US dollar have limited liquidity flowing into crypto, while he sees a weaker dollar as a potential tailwind.
Real Vision founder Raoul Pal said a pause in the AI stock rally could help capital rotate back into crypto, in an interview with Cointelegraph.
He argued that weakening the US dollar could provide a “green light” for crypto, but said he does not have a full green light on everything.
Pal pointed to higher bond yields and strong dollar levels as factors keeping liquidity from moving freely into the sector, and noted the US Dollar Index is trading near the year’s highest levels.
Cointelegraph also reported Pal’s view that AI agents are likely to support increased adoption of Ethereum and Solana.
