SERHANT. launches Chicago brokerage with 40+ agents

HousingWire reports that SERHANT. entered the Chicago market with the launch of SERHANT. Illinois, starting with more than 40 agents and over $600 million in trailing 12-month sales volume.

The outlet says the brokerage launched on Tuesday with agents joining from established Chicago-area firms, with additional agents expected to add in the coming weeks and months.

HousingWire also reports that the company is led by managing director Dina Lissner and has grown to operate in 20 markets with nearly 2,500 agents.

SERHANT. founder and CEO Ryan Serhant said in the report that its S.MPLE technology platform is a key part of its appeal to Chicago agents.
