Superhuman opens new 13,501-square-foot Seattle hub in South Lake Union
The company moved from an Industrious coworking space in the University District to a dedicated 13,501-square-foot Class A office on South Lake Union, with up to 80 workstations.
Superhuman, an AI productivity company rebranded from Grammarly, has officially opened a new Seattle hub at 1000 Dexter Avenue N. in South Lake Union, according to ConnectCRE.
The company is headquartered in San Francisco and is expanding its physical footprint in a long-term bet on hybrid collaboration, while drawing on the region’s deep-tech talent.
ConnectCRE reports the new space follows Grammarly’s 2025 acquisition of Superhuman’s email app, with the full company renamed in October. The hub represents a move from an Industrious coworking location at Roosevelt Commons in Seattle’s University District.
The new office is a 13,501-square-foot dedicated Class A space, with a nearby seaplane dock and an attached 900-space garage. It opened with 50 workstations and is built to support up to 80.
