HUD seeks crackdown on race-based lending by lenders
The Wall Street Journal Markets reports that the Trump administration through the Department of Housing and Urban Development is seeking to crack down on race-based lending practices at lenders.
The outlet said the effort is aimed at determining whether such lending violates the Fair Housing Act.
