Planpoint launches from stealth with interactive floor plan marketing tools
The Montreal-based startup says its platform has generated 24.7 million unit views and 15.3 million floor plan downloads.
Planpoint, a real estate marketing platform that turns floor plans and site maps into interactive tools for selling and renting property, emerged from stealth mode on Thursday, according to Commercial Observer.
The company said its software as a service platform enables real-time interactive floor plans, 3D tours, and analytics for property sales and rentals, and it is used by developers and property teams including Brigil, Cogir, and Mach.
Planpoint added that its platform has logged more than 24.7 million unit views, 15.3 million floor plan downloads, and 1 million favorites, while operating mainly in Canada and the U.S. with additional business in London and South Africa.
Commercial Observer also reported that Planpoint CEO and co-founder Laurent Cardinal described the product as software that helps teams build interactive property presentations from still photos, letting users choose a floor and view floor plan content with photo pins.
