Qualia consolidates Compass title and escrow operations onto its platform
The first title company will go live on Oct. 12, with the rollout continuing through 2027 and expanding Qualia’s footprint fivefold, HousingWire reports.
Qualia expanded its partnership with Compass International Holdings by consolidating title and escrow operations across Compass Integrated Services onto the Qualia platform, HousingWire reports.
The change replaces separate systems Compass inherited after its merger with Anywhere Real Estate, and it extends a relationship that began in 2023.
HousingWire reports that Compass and Qualia previously developed a one-click title ordering integration on Qualia APIs that lets real estate professionals place title orders from Compass’s Home Platform and track files as they progress.
According to the companies, agents using the integration attach title and escrow at roughly twice the rate of agents who do not, and the first title company goes live Oct. 12 with rollout continuing through 2027 to grow Qualia’s footprint fivefold.
