eXp Realty touts new agent tools ahead of a 2027 mortgage JV
The brokerage said its Revenos Mortgage joint venture with Newrez is set to launch in January 2027, alongside new tools including MCP First, ShowGo, and eXp Ready.
HousingWire reports that eXp Realty’s 2026 eXp Con in Salt Lake City drew nearly 4,000 agents from 20 countries, with company leaders addressing product launches and content focused on navigating tougher housing market conditions.
The event, held over four days at Salt Lake City’s Salt Palace Convention Center, included general sessions and breakout sessions, where eXp highlighted new agent tools such as MCP First, ShowGo, and eXp Ready.
HousingWire also reported that eXp plans to launch its Revenos Mortgage joint venture with Newrez in January 2027, as mortgage rates continue to rise and the industry faces questions about how agents and consumers transact.
