Industrious leases 33,600 square feet in downtown Washington, D.C.

The coworking operator will occupy the top two floors of the Row complex at 1900 M St. NW as it expands in downtown D.C.

Coworking operator Industrious is opening another location in downtown Washington, D.C., after signing a lease for 33,600 square feet on the top two floors of a building in The Row complex at 19th and M streets NW, according to Bisnow.

The deal covers all of the eighth floor and part of the seventh floor, with Industrious moving into the corner building at 1900 M St. NW, the outlet reported.

Bisnow also noted that Rockrose owns the adjacent office buildings that were fused together in an overhaul completed in the fall of 2023, and that Rockrose Director Ted Traum confirmed the lease details.

Cushman & Wakefield’s third-quarter D.C. office report disclosed the lease, while Michael Katcher and John Skolnik represented Rockrose in the transaction, Bisnow said.
