Yves Saint Laurent plans new 717 Fifth Avenue store

The planned location will total nearly 9,600 square feet, and the new space is in the base of the former Corning Glass Building near East 56th Street.

Luxury French fashion house Yves Saint Laurent plans to open a new store at 717 Fifth Avenue, according to a market report from CBRE cited by Commercial Observer.

The outlet says the Kering-owned brand will take nearly 9,600 square feet in the base of the former Corning Glass Building across East 56th Street from Trump Tower.

Commercial Observer also notes that Yves Saint Laurent currently operates at 3 East 57th Street, where its original lease ended in 2022 with no renewal options.

The report says Kering bought the lower four floors at 717 Fifth Avenue in January 2024 for $963 million, and the building is managed by Buchbinder & Warren.
