HDI Global appoints Delphine Leroy managing director in France
Leroy will take over from Jean-Marie Haquette, whose retirement follows almost four decades in insurance and reinsurance, starting Jan. 1, 2027.
HDI Global, the corporate and specialty insurance business of HDI Group, said Delphine Leroy will become managing director of its French operations on January 1, 2027.
The insurer said Leroy will succeed Jean-Marie Haquette, who is retiring after nearly four decades across the insurance and reinsurance sectors, and that the appointment is subject to regulatory approval.
HDI Global added that Leroy has close to 30 years of insurance experience, including roles in senior management at several international insurers, and most recently served as general manager France at QBE.
The company said the appointment aligns with its plan to maintain a consistent approach to serving clients and brokers in France while continuing to develop its business there.
