Howden opens shared Guernsey office for SPF and Channel Islands teams
The new location in St Peter Port, Harbour House, reunites mortgage and insurance brokerage teams that previously operated out of separate offices.
Howden, the global insurance intermediary group, has opened a new shared office in Guernsey that brings together SPF Private Clients and Howden Channel Islands Insurance Brokers, according to Reinsurance News.
SPF joined Howden in 2022, and the mortgage broker has managed more than £2 billion in mortgage transactions over nearly three decades, with clients served through local lending expertise and long running relationships.
Howden Channel Islands businesses advise individuals, families, businesses, fiduciaries and professional services firms across Guernsey and Jersey, and both SPF and the insurance brokers have relocated to Harbour House in St Peter Port.
The office move is intended to put the teams under one roof to give clients easier access to a wider portfolio of Howden services.
