Endeavor Real Estate plans 5th & Walsh headquarters in downtown Austin

The 5th & Walsh project will total 198,000 square feet, including 21,000 square feet of ground-floor restaurant and retail space.

Endeavor Real Estate Group has closed financing and is preparing to begin work on a new 198,000-square-foot office and retail building on the western edge of downtown Austin, according to ConnectCRE.

The development, dubbed 5th & Walsh, will be located at 1200 W. 5th St. and will rise five stories atop 1.4 acres. Of the total space, 21,000 square feet will be restaurant and retail on the ground floor, with the upper four floors set aside for office space.

Endeavor plans to make the building its new headquarters, occupying 25,000 square feet. The company also said 85,000 square feet of office space is already leased by undisclosed tenants.

ConnectCRE also noted that Endeavor representatives Fernando Urrutia, Anne Swift, and Colton McCasland will handle marketing and leasing for the office space, while retail leasing will be overseen by Billy Osherow and Evan Deitch.
