MoneySuperMarket launches digital car insurance broker with Open Insurance
The broker is available to MoneySuperMarket’s 2.5 million SuperSaveClub members and offers Bronze, Silver and Gold coverage tiers.
MoneySuperMarket has partnered with Open Insurance Technologies to launch a digital car insurance broker for its SuperSaveClub membership base. The new experience lets members compare, purchase, manage and renew policies without leaving the MoneySuperMarket platform.
The initial insurer panel includes Allianz, Covéa and Ageas, with car insurance offered across Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers. The proposition includes 0% APR monthly payments, in-account policy management, and a £15 SuperSaveClub reward.
Open will provide the regulated broking platform, insurer relationships, operations, and an AI assistant designed to offer contextual support throughout the purchasing journey. MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub Insurance is arranged and administered by Open Insurance Services UK Limited, according to the companies described in the launch details.
The brief also notes that MoneySuperMarket previously compared auto insurance through a workflow that routed shoppers to third-party providers to confirm prices and buy coverage, listing insurers and brands such as Allianz, Ford Insure, Britannia Car Insurance, Marshmallow, Skippy and Aviva.
